STUDENT SHOWCASE

The 14th Annual Student Showcase will take place Saturday May 10 and Saturday May 17, 2025 at CAIS Theater (formerly Mercy Theater) at 3250 19th Ave across from Stonestown mall. Participation in the end of the year perfomance is highly recommended but not required. If your dancer does participate, the following fees will be required:

$30 Performance Fee: this is to cover the cost of child care backstage so parents and family can enjoy the performance. We do not require parents to “volunteer” their time and work the performance like other studios.

$60-125 Costume Fee: We purchase costumes at wholesale prices and include a $30 surcharge to cover shipping, tax and admin costs. We try to keep costs low. We do not triple the wholesale costs like other studios.

$25-30 Ticket costs: We encourage purchasing tickets before the performance. Tickets sold day of and at the door will have a $10-15 price increase. We recommend parents buy their tickets early as those who wait may not get seating at all. A digital recording of the performance can be purchased for $25. 

ABSOLUTELY NO PHOTOGRAPHS OR VIDEO RECORDING DURING THE PERFORMANCE. We can allow recording or photographs during tech rehearsal only. NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY EVER. Flash photography can disorient or even temporarily blind a dancer and can cause injury.

Performance Split: We curate the recital so each one shows the level and ages ranges of the school. If you have an urgent and important conflict on one of the dates, let the office know as soon as possible. We cannot, however, accommodate last minute schedule conflicts, nor can we permit a student to miss the mandatory dress rehearsal.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS

We offer 5% discounts to families who choose to prioritize their student’s dance classes. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not credit or refund tuition if there is a schedule conflict with another activity. We can switch your dancer to another class for a $25 Switch Fee. Early Bird discounts for semester classes are for currently enrolled students only and must take place with the the 15 day enrollment period with priority given to continuing students. Payments received after the EB deadline are not eligible for the discount. Early Bird discounts for Summer Saturdays and Summer Camps are open to new students as well as current students and classes are filled on a first come, first served basis.
